质量管理体系活动融入卓越绩效
管理模式的实践与体会

摘要：企业实施卓越绩效管理模式对市场经济条件下的企业发展具有很强的实际意义，一个企业在已经
开展1．509000质量管理体系基础上，再开展卓越绩效管理模式，这时原有质量管理体系如何更好地融人
卓越绩效管理模式显得十分重要，本文从卓越绩效模式下的质量管理体系的内涵延伸与过程控制两方面
人手进行描述与探讨，它具体可涉殛到质量管理体系的计划与过程控制，怎样与卓越绩教的经营管理等
要素相吻合和协调，质量管理体系的持续改进怎样从符合卓越绩效标准的深层次要求来提出问题和解决
问题。如此构建和运行的质量管理体系就不易出现某些企业的质量管理体系理论与运行实践相脱节的
“两张皮”现象。
