摘 要：针对自备电厂运营中存在的问题加以分析，提出研发和建设自备电厂在线监测及考核系统，可实现
电厂发电运行在线监测和能效指标的考核评价，实现电量数据的自动采集，提供科学量化监测手段，促进自
备电厂规范运营和有序发展。
