自起动永磁同步电动机堵转饱和效应的
时步有限元分析

摘要 电动机的堵转电流是反映其起动性能的一项重要指标，对自起动稀土永磁同步电动机
的大量实测过程中发现，其三相堵转电流的幅值明显不相等，且随转子堵转位置不同发生变化。
本文以现场55kW样机为例，利用时步有限元方法对不同情况下的堵转起动进行计算，通过研究
磁通密度的变化与分布，分析转子磁路结构不对称及永磁体引起的饱和对堵转电流的影响，揭示
了造成永磁电机三相堵转电流幅值不等的主要原因在于永磁体所引起的饱和对各相磁路作用不均
衡，即“堵转饱和效应”所导致．结合现场实测数据，对比转子不同位置、永磁体不同型号下堵
转电流的计算结果，说明结论的合理性。
