Unit 3 The environment教案 主备人:罗婉君 教学内容 Reading 教学目标 语言知识 1. Students can get the main idea of the text. 2. Students can learn about the general idea and main content of the text. 3. Students get to know the structure of environmental science article. 语言技能 To improve the ability of skimming and scanning. To finish the practice themselves. To learn the importance of protecting our environment. 情感目标 To behave better to the environment in our daily life. To protect the environment themselves and help others understand the importance of doing this. 教学重点 Get the main idea of the text. 教学难点 Learn about the general idea and main content of the text 教学过程 教学过程 Step 1.Lead-in. 1. Guide students to think what the problems are by showing pictures(通过图片展示,以提问的方式展开). T: Ask: Look at the pictures and say what it tells us. Ss: …….. T: What causes the problems? Ss: …….. T: (Make a summary) Environment is important to us. The earth is our home, and we should try to protect it .Let’s take action at once. (日常生活的实例,以增强效果) Step 2 Presentation Reading Part A( A1,A2). T:Read to get the main idea by skimming ,scanning and task-reading. (展示课件,提醒学生是限时阅读,提醒学生注意小标题即每段的topic sentence) T: This article contains three parts and A1and A2 are only about the greenhouse effect.(展示课件,边问边答) Part B T: Listen carefully and try to remember as many details as possible. (针对Task1,Task2,Task3,边展示课件,边讲解,并让学生跟读) Part C T:Let’s revise vocabulary and try to guess which can replace the underlined phrases . (展示课件并通过具体的实例讲解猜词的技巧,边提示边练习) Step3.Group Work Discuss the questions below in groups and then report your result to the whole class. Let’s see which group is the best!
