The study found that urban agriculture research in our country has received more and more at- tention. The researchers from agricultural universities and agriculture related government departments are the main forces of urban agriculture research. And agricultural journals are the main platforms for the publication of research results. Current researches mainly focused on four major themes: sustainable development and modern agriculture, peri-urban agriculture and agricultural modernization, agricultural production and agricultural con- struction , leisure agriculture and rural integration.
