Perfect tense
The basic concepts and forms of the present perfect tense
The present perfect tense (Present, perfect, tense) indicates that the action has occurred in the past, but it has something to do with the present situation, that is, to explain the present situation with an action that happened in the past.
The present perfect consists of the verb have (has) + past participle.
The basic use of present perfect tense

How have you been been well thank you. Ive? Have you been in good health? - thank you, Ive been well.
The difference between the present perfect tense and the past ordinary tense
