With the work of promoting cleaner production, has achieved remarkable economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. To promote cleaner production in our province, with the implementation of Chinese EU Liaoning integrated environmental projects, the provincial government in December 1997 approved the establishment of Liaoning Province Cleaner Production Center, responsible for the provinces cleaner production organization, coordination, promotion and supervision.
