船舶操作性要求集中检查活动指南（The operation of the ship of the concentrated inspection guide） Guidelines for the centralized inspection of operational requirements for ships This guide is provided to the port state surveillance inspector (PSCO) to enable them to check relevant items during operational inspections. The centralized inspection campaign is designed to make more rigorous checks on specific aspects, rather than reducing the normal coverage of routine PSC inspections. The event shall be conducted in conjunction with the vessel selection and inspection work of the port state supervision and inspection.
