同步发电机型式试验自动测试系统
及其可靠性设计

摘要：介绍了一套基于上位机与下位机通信的同步发电机型式试验自动测试系统，集物理量采
集和参数计算为一体，降低了开发成本。给出了系统硬件构成框图，采用数字高通滤波器提高了采
集准确度，并通过同步发电机特性曲线拟合结果论证了方案的可行性。经实践，提出了提高电机测
试系统可靠性的措施。
关键词：同步发电机；测试系统；特性曲线；可靠性
