Firstly, foundation treatment, that is, after manual processing natural shallow foundation, but its more complex site conditions, foundation bearing capacity limited , it is not recommended; Secondly, the basic design, which uses pile foundation of deep foundation , the construction technology is mature, widely used, high bearing capacity increase, thus recommended pile foundation; once again, pile design, according to the engineering geological conditions of the site and the building structure type, and the safety and economy of construction cost and other factors, decided to adopt bored, and bearing capacity characteristic value, number of piles, the settlement amount was calculated, and based on the building a special type of fabric for a flat pile; finally, I put forward own reasonable conclusions and recommendations.
