If the quantity of coal is not stable, it will cause the crust of the preheater to be blocked and even cause the accident of kiln shutdown. It will directly affect the operation rate of the kiln and the output at the time of the station, thus affecting the economic benefits of the factory. The pulverized coal flow, especially in the case of inflation, with fluidization performance, but if the moisture content is high, the backlog or longer storage time, and may be bonded, thus not only material but also in coal shed bin, very difficult to control. In addition, the weight of the coal powder is small, and the weight is light under the same volume. Therefore, the weight signals which can be detected under the condition of small flow rate are often small, which is difficult for accurate measurement. In view of the above characteristics, a good coal metering control system must have the following functions: 1., feeding coal evenly, good sealing, reliable, not only can prevent coal, but also to prevent coal dust shed, control performance is good.
