浅议房地产施工全过程技术管理摘要：对于房地产开发商来说，其主要目标就是如何高效高质地实现项目竣工，因此作为开发商管理人员就必须负责项目的成本控制、工程进度、质量管理的技术支持和项目管理工作，对所负责的工程项目，有效地执行其预定的工期、质量、安全、成本等实施计划。本文结合笔者工程管理实践经验，提出作为房地产开发商在工程施工中如何有效地管理项目，确保项目的优质高效完成，旨在为同类工程提供参考借鉴。 关键字：房地产；建筑工程；技术管理 Abstract: for real estate developers for, its main target is how to efficient and quality to achieve the project completion, the developer must be responsible for the management of the project cost control, the project schedule, quality management technical support and project management, charged project, the effective implementation of the reservation of the time limit, qua
