Concrete app roache s to mo lding a nob le sou l for the doctors include understand ing and trying to p erceive in p erson the p atien ts’m isery from m edical ca se s; catch ing valuab le sp irits of tho se succe ssfu l doctors and setting them a s ro le models in m edical p ractice; and enhancing doctors’ comp rehen sive qualitie s by variou s ways, such a s reading in order to realize ou r de sired goal.
