It is show n t hat the molecula w eight, the opt imal pH, and tempe atu e is 138 200 Dalton, 67 and 30 espectively, the pH st ability is w ide and t he the mal stability is ve y good, the glucose ox idase w as inhibit ed st ongly by Ag+ H g2+ NaHSO3 and t he Km of g lucose w as 3574 mmolL.
