:对西南地区少数民族学生体育态度、行为特点及相关因素分析。 究表明, 自 1995 年全民健身计划推行
以来, 少数民族学生体育健身特点要求及认知等方面都产生 一些适应性的变化, 并显出了诸多特点。针对存在的
问题, 以促民族院校进少数民族传统体育与“体育健康”课程改革为前提、提出构建少数民族传统体育与“体育健
康”课程的建议。

Abstract:T his a ticle analyzed the attitude to spo ts, behavio cha acte istic and elevant f acto s f om

en place elevantly since t he Ove all Health-Building Plan w as ca ied out in 1995.Focusing on the ex -
