The serum total bilirubin (TBili), direct bilirubin (DBili) and alanine aminotransferase (AGB) were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: the serum TBili, DBili and ALT test values of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different, P 0.05 to 0.01; there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment, P 0.05. The curative effect showed that the cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 33.33% and 18.42%, respectively, and the total effective rate was 83.33% and 71.05% respectively. Conclusion: Gardenia Yin mixture in the treatment of infantile hepatitis syndrome curative effect.
