学兔兔 茎鲞 窒 Developing Research 汽车噪声分析与降噪措施及噪声测量方法 张式杰 (陕西重型汽车有限公司，陕西 西安 710200) 摘 要：随着汽车工业和城市交通的发展，城市汽车拥有量日益增加。据国外资料统计，机动车辆所 包括的总功率比其他各种动力机构功率的总和大20倍以上。它们所辐射的噪声约占整个环境噪声能量 的75％。各种调查和测量结果表明，城市交通噪声是目前城市环境中最主要的噪声源。因此，降低机 动车辆本身的噪声是减少城市环境噪声最根本的途径。 我公司在新车上采取降噪措施，达到国家噪声限值要求，目前效果良好。本文对汽车噪声进行分析， 以及采取的相应降噪技术措施和国家对汽车噪声的测量方法予以说明，仅供参考。 关键词：噪声；辐射；振动；降噪 Analysis on Automobile Noise，Noise Reduction Measures and Noise Measuring Method ShiJie—zhang (SHAANXI HEAVY DUTY ANTOMOBILE CO．，LTD Automotive Engineering RD Institute) Abstract：With the development of automotive industry and urban traffic，the number of motor vehicles owned by urban residents is increasing day by day．The total power of motor vehicles is，according to foreign statistical data，20 times larger than the total power of other power mechanisms，and the noise radiated from them accounts for about 75％ ofthe whole ambient noise energy．As shown by a variety ofsurveys and measuring results，the urban traffic noise is the most predominant noise source in the urban environment now．Therefore．reduction in the own noise ofmotor vehicles is an essential way to reduce the urban ambient noise． Our company has applied noise reduction measures to new cars to meet the requirements of the noise limit．These measures have so far demonstrated a good effect．This paper analyzes the noise of motor vehicles，and describes the corresponding noise reduction technical measures that have been taken and the country’s method for measuring the noise of motor vehicles，which are for reference only． Keywords：Noi
