神经发育支持模式治疗对早产儿体格及神经心理发育影响的研究 廖伟, 赵聪敏, 温恩懿, 张雨平, 王丽雁 (第三军医大学新桥医院儿科，重庆 400037) 摘要　目的：探讨在新生儿重症监护室（NICU）实行神经发育支持模式对早产儿体格及神经心理发育的影响。方法：将早产儿78例随机分为观察组38例，对照组40例。观察组予以神经发育支持照顾模式，对照组采用传统方法护理。两组患儿在出、入院时均测定头围、身长及体重；在纠正年龄14d对两组患儿进行新生儿神经行为(NBNA)测试；纠正年龄6月时，用Gesell发育量表对发育商进行评估。结果：观察组在出院时平均体重增加较对照组明显增加（P＜0.01）；新生儿神经行为测试其行为能力、被动肌张力、主动肌张力及一般评估4个方面的NBNA评分均高于对照组（P＜0.01）；观察组在6月龄时Gesell测试其动作能、应物能及应人能3个能区发育商分值均明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：在NICU实行神经发育支持疗法可促进早产儿体格及神经心理的发育。 　　　关键词早产儿神经发育支持；生长发育；神经心理发育 The effect of neurodevelopmental support care on neuropsychological and growth development of premature infants Liao Wei, Zhao Cong-Min，Wen En-yi，Zhang Yu-ping，Wang Li-Yan (Department of pediatrics,Xinqiao Hospital, Third Military Medical University,Chongqing,40037) Abstract : Objective: To explore the effect of neurodevelopmental support care on the growth intellectual and motional development of premature infants.　Methods: A total of 78 premature infants were randomly Divide into observation group (38 cases) and control group (40 cases).Observation group was treated with neurodevelopmental support care; the control group was treated with traditional nursing; the growth velocity of weight、head circumference and height were performed at hospital admission and discharge; NBNA and Gesell development test were performed to test the nervous behaviors, intellectual and motional development of the infants. Result: Compare to control group , the average weight of observation group increases (P＜0.01The NBNA scores in the 4 aspects of nervous behaviors of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.01). When 6months old, The scores of three functional area(social area、adaptive area、motor area) in observation group were significant high compared with control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion:Neurodevelopmental support care is good for the growth、intellectual and motional development of premature infants.
