复合冲击钻井立体破岩技术新概念柳贡慧1,2，李军１，李玉梅１，查春青１，连威１，杨宏伟１(1.中国石油大学石油与天然气国家重点实验室，北京102249；2.北京工业大学，北京100192）摘要：针对软硬交错及非均质性地层钻进中机械钻速低，钻头粘滑振动失效快，钻井成本高等问题，亟待寻找一种具有高效破岩能力的新型破岩利器。本文综述了旋冲钻井技术和扭冲钻井技术各自的优势，并结合高效破岩前沿钻井技术的发展趋势，首次提出复合冲击钻井破岩技术新概念，并相应开发出一套可实现扭向反转冲击联合轴向脉动冲击的新型复合冲击钻具。该钻具可将流体的液压能转换成工具扭向和轴向交替的、高频的冲击机械能并直接传递给钻头，给钻头施加周期性的低幅高频“复合式”冲击，在不需要改变任何设备的前提下实现真正的“立体破岩”。同时，阐述了复合冲击钻具的工作原理、破岩机理以及影响复合冲击钻具破岩效率的关键性能参数。新型复合冲击钻井技术理念在国内外尚属空白，这项全新的破岩技术的实现有助于把深井钻井技术提高到一个新高度，使液动冲击钻井技术再次成为关注的焦点。关键词：非均质地层；粘滑振动；复合冲击；立体破岩；机械钻速中图分类号:TE 243 文献标识码：A　New Concept of Compound Percussion Drilling Technology for Rock BreakingLiu Gonghui1,2 ,Li Jun1,Li Yumei1,Zha Chunqing1, Lian Wei1, Yang Hongwei1(1.Petroleum Engineering College，China University of Petroleum，Beijing 102249，China;2.Beijing University of Technology，Beijing 100192，China)Abstract: Direct against the low drilling rate,easy failure of stick-slip vibration of the bit and high drilling costs in hard and soft staggered and heterogeneity formation,it is urge to invent a effective tool for rock breaking.This paper reviews the advantages of rotary percussion drilling technology and torsional impact drilling technology, combining with the growing forefront trend of high efficiency rock breaking drilling technology, firstly puts forward the new concept of compound percussion drilling technology,and invent a set of equipment which can reverse the torque and alliance axial impulse percussion. The unit can transform the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy which is high frequency and rotary and axial staggered,and the mechanical energy is directly applied on the bit as well. The bit is exerted with?periodic high frequency-low amplitude “compound” percussion,the real “volumetric rock breaking” can be brought out without changing any equipment.At the same time,we have stated the working principle, rock breaking mechanism and the key parameters of the compound percussion units.
