基于TAPI的计算机电话集成的设计与实现

摘要介绍了计算机电话集成技术及其标准接口协议和TAPI协议。由此提出了一种小型呼叫中心的软硬件构建方案，
针对此方案给出了基于TAPI协议的计算机电话集成的设计与实现方案，并详细论述了其中的电话服务器及通信服务器的设
计思路。整个实现过程采用模块化、多线程的思想，控制灵活，运行效率高。
