县级电网调控一体开票系统的研发与应用

摘要：随着县级供电企业全面推进调控一体化建设，县级调度机构也要同时从事电网设备监控工作，
原有的调度、监控开票系统已不能适应需求。为此，自主研发了1套适用于县级调度机构的开票系统，
大大提高了县调人员的工作效率。
