基于就业导向的民族院校水文与水资源工程专业人才培养模式研究 　　摘 要：水文与水资源工程是国民经济基础产业中的重要领域之一，面对日益严峻的就业形势，高等院校水文人才培养模式的改革问题日益突出，难以满足不断发展的社会需求。民族院校以招收少数民族考生为主，少数民族地区经济、文化和教育水平相对落后，为民族院校水文人才的培养提出了更大的挑战。因此，本文以就业为导向，分析民族院校水文与水资源工程专业人才培养现状和存在的问题，全面探索水文专业适应就业需求的创新实践型人才培养模式及其运行机制，为提高水文专业人才培养质量，提高民族院校毕业生就业竞争力奠定基础。 　　关键词：就业导向 民族院校 水文与水资源工程 人才培养模式 　　中图分类号：G642 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1674-098X（2016）09（c）-0123-03 　　Talents Cultivation Model of Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering in National Colleges and Universities Based on Employment-orientation 　　Du Hong 　　（College of Resources and Environmental Science，South-central University for Nationalities，Wuhan Hubei，430074，China） 　　Abstract： Hydrology and water resources engineering is one of the important areas of basic industry for the national economy. In the face of increasingly severe employment situation， the reform problem of talents cultivation model of hydrology and water resources engineering in colleges and universities becomes more and more severe， and it is difficult to meet the demand of the continuous development of society. National colleges and universities recruit a large number of minority students， and the economy， culture and education in ethnic minority areas are relatively backward， which gives a bigger challenge for talents cultivation of hydrology and water resources engineering in national colleges and universities. Thus， based on employment-orientation， this paper analyses the present situation and existing problems of talents cultivation of hydrology and water resources engineering in national colleges and universities， and fully explore innovation and practice talents cultivation model and its operation mechanism for hydrology and water resources engineering， which can improve the quality of hydrological professional personnel training， and enhance the competitiveness of employment for graduates from national colleges and universities. 　　Key Words： Employment-orientation；National Colleges and Universities；Hydrology and Water Resourc
