梅尼埃病患者眩晕程度的影响因素分析 　　[摘 要] 目的：分析梅尼埃病（Menieres disease，MD）患者眩晕程度的影响因素，指导临床治疗策略选择。方法：对81例MD急性发作患者运用一般状况人口学问卷、MD相关问卷及眩晕残障程度评定量表（DHI）进行横断面调查研究，通过单因素分析、多元逐步回归分析、多元线性回归分析，总结影响MD患者眩晕程度的影响因素。结果：共发放问卷81份，回收有效问卷78份，回收率为96.30%。多因素回归分析示，女性、发作频率4次/月是影响MD患者眩晕程度的独立危险因素，在职工作状态为保护因素（P0.05）；以DHI评分为因变量，多元回归方程为Y=31.958+0.069X1+1.359X2+0.258X3，即病程、发作次数、纯音听阈为影响DHI的相关因素。结论：MD患者眩晕程度与性别、发作频率、工作状态、病程、发作次数及纯音听阈均具有密切关联，据此实施综合防治有助于控制疾病进展。 　　[关键词] 梅尼埃病；眩晕；眩晕残障程度评定量表；影响因素 　　中图分类号：R764.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5200（2017）01-060-03 　　DOI：10.11876/mimt201701024 　　Analysis of the factors affecting the degree of vertigo in patients with Meniere’s disease JIAN Huirong，YU Gang，CHEN Gang，ZHAO Xuening. （Department of Otolaryngology，Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University，Jinan 250001 China） 　　[Abstract] Objective： This study aimed to analyze the influencing factors of vertigo in patients with Meniere’s disease （MD）， and to guide the choice of clinical treatment strategies. Multivariate regression analysis showed that the female and seizure frequency is more than 4 times/month are the independent risk factors influencing the degree of vertigo in patients with MD， working state was a protective factor （P0.05）； with DHI score as the dependent variable， the multiple regression equation was established with Y=31.958+0.069X1+1.359X2+0.258X3， namely duration， frequency and pure tone audiometry were the related factors influencing DHI.
