摘 要 成本控制是企业经营过程中的重要环节，在成熟的市场竞争环境下，只有做到良好的成本控制，才会拥有较强的市场竞争力。一个企业所具有的优势或劣势的显著性最终取决于企业在多大程度上能够对相对成本和歧异性有所作为，低成本成为衡量企业是否具有竞争优势的重要标准之一。加强成本控制，更有效地降低成本，在企业经营战略中已处于极其重要的核心地位，它从根本上决定着企业竞争力的强弱。 通过对世冷泉公司的采购、生产等环节的成本控制现状和存在的问题进行详细分析，结合企业内外部环境的实际情况，提出成本控制改进的具体方案措施，并在实际实施中测评和分析成本控制改进之后取得的效果。 【关键词】：成本，控制，企业管理 ABSTRACT Cost control is an important link in the process of enterprise operation, in a mature market competition environment, only do good cost control, have a strong market competitiveness.
