中药治疗HIV感染疗效观察 摘 要：目的:观察中药平艾合剂治疗HIV感染者的临床疗效。方法:采用治疗前后自身对照的实验方法，选取2010年7月-12月在沙区疾控中心，接受中医药关怀治疗的30例HIV感染者，给予中药治疗，疗程5月，并进行单项症状积分、临床症状总积分、卡洛夫斯基积分及CD+4细胞计数变化的疗效分析。结果:（1）与治疗前比较，患者乏力、自汗、腹胀症状明显减轻，纳呆、肌肉痛症状有所改善，体重增加。临床症状总积分较前下降，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；（2）与治疗前比较，患者生存质量明显提高，卡洛夫斯基积分较前上升，差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)；（3）与治疗前比较，患者CD+4细胞计数有所升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药平艾合剂对改善患者临床症状，增加机体免疫力，提高生存质量，延长生存期有一定疗效。 关键词：中药；HIV感染者；疗效 中图分类号：R512.91文献标识码：B文章编号：1673-7717(2011)12-2628-03 Chinese Medicine Treatment of HIV Infection ZHANG Ying,Ma JianPing,MA XiuLan,AIhemaiti·abudureyemu (Xinjiang Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, National Clinical Research Base of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Urumuqi 830000,Xinjiang,China) Abstract:Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Ping ai granules to treat HIV infections.Methods：30 cases of HIV infections were collected from Jul 2010 to Dec 2010 in CDC, we compared their single symptom scores, the clinical symptoms total scores, Kanosiky integral calculus and CD+4 cell count changes, before and after the treatment at 12weeks.Results：（1）Compared with before treatment, patients’ weight were increased; fatigue, spontaneous sweating, abdominal distension symptoms were relieved obviously; appetite stay and muscle aches were improved. Clinical symptoms total score declined, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);（2）Compared with before treatment, patients survival quality were improved obviously, Kanosiky integral calculus was rised, the difference was statistically significant(P≤0.05);（3）Compared with before treatment, patients’ CD+4 cell count was increased, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Ping ai granules had the function to improve the patients’ symptoms and increase the immunity,living quality physical working capacity and extend duration.
