护理程序在无痛胃肠镜检查配合中应用【摘要】 目的 探讨应用护理程序的工作方法配合无痛胃肠镜检查的效果。方法 收集本科室采用无痛技术进行胃肠镜检查的4489例患者的临床资料，应用护理程序的护理方法，提出相关的问题、有的放矢地进行护理。结果 4489例患者中除2例患者肠道准备极差未能完成外，其余均顺利完成检查。24 h后，有效的1000张调查问卷结果显示，特别满意者患者990例，基本满意者10例，不满意0例。所有患者对护理效果满意度达100%，较传统的检查方法患者满意率有了明显提高。结论 将护理程序运用于无痛胃肠镜过程中，使患者得到护理人员系统的、高质量的护理，同时感受到人性关怀的温暖与人性的回复，使患者获得了满足感和安全感，充分体现了“以人为本、以患者为中心”的整体护理内涵，充分地展现了护士的多重角色功能，扩大了护理范畴。 【关键词】 护理程序； 无痛胃肠镜； 应用 Nursing procedure in the application with painless reviewed it check LI Ya-xin.
