BMP-2、XIAP 范新昊1，王立妍1，李金源2，李冠娥1 * （ 063000河北 唐山，开滦总医院口腔科1；063000河北 唐山，河北联合大学口腔医学院颌面外科2） [摘要] 目的 研究BMP-2、XIAP在细胞丰富型和基质丰富型涎腺多形性腺瘤中的表达情况及其与复发、恶变的相关性。方法 收集2004年1月至2013年1月我院92例多形性腺瘤标本，经HE染色后分为细胞丰富型（A）、基质丰富型（B）、其他型（C）3组，运用免疫组化法检测BMP-2、XIAP在各组的表达并分析各组复发及恶变情况；TUNEL染色法检测各组组织细胞凋亡情况。结果 免疫组化结果：BMP-2表达在B、C、A组中依次递减，XIAP在A、B、C组中表达依次递减，组间差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。复发病例中BMP-2显著高于未复发病例（P0.05），恶变病例中XIAP显著高于未恶变病例（P0.05）。TUNEL结果显示，A组中凋亡指数显著低于其他2组（P0.05），而B、C 2组差异间无统计学意义。结论 ①基质丰富型多形性腺瘤更容易复发，而细胞丰富型多形性腺瘤更容易恶变。②BMP-2的表达水平可能与多形性腺瘤的复发有关，而XIAP的表达水平与多形性腺瘤的恶变有关。 [关键词] 多形性腺瘤；骨形态发生蛋白；X染色体连锁凋亡抑制蛋白；复发；恶变；免疫组化；凋亡 [中图法分类号] R782.7 [标志码A [通信作者E-mail： The Expression and significance of BMP-2 and XIAP in cell-rich and matrix-rich pleomorphic adenoma Fan Xinhao1，Wang Liyan1，Li Jinyuan2，Li Guane1 * (1 epartment of stomatology, Kailuan general hospital ,Tangshan Hebei,063000；2maxillofacial surgery, Stomatology college of Hebei United university, Tangshan, Hebei, 063000 ） [Abstract] Objective To determine the expression levels of bone morphogenetic protein-2 and X-linked inhibit apoptosis protein in cell-rich and matrix-rich pleomorphic adenoma and thereby clarify whether they correlated with canceration and recurrence. Methods A total of 92 cases with pleomorphic adenoma were collected during 2004.1 to 2013.1. All specimens were observed by microscope after HE staining and grouped as: cell-rich group (A), matrix-rich group (B) and other type group (C).
