·14· Chinese Journal of Information on TCM Aug.2017 Vol.24 No.8 利用现代物流体系促进中药材保护与发展 1，2 1 杨浩雄 ，孙丽君 1.北京工商大学，北京 100048 ；2.首都流通业研究基地，北京 100048 摘要：本文从中药材体系的流通环节出发，基于中药材品质的价值链，分析目前我国中药材保护和发展过 程中存在的问题：种植问题突出致使中药材药效弱化，初加工方式原始导致硫超标，市场供需失衡引起药材价 格波动较大。并以现代物流为切入点，探究从初加工、运输、仓储、养护、包装等方面对中药材流通过程的控 制，其中自动化初加工能保障中药材的品质、规范化运输能降低中药材损耗、现代化仓储能助力中药材管理、 科学化养护能维持中药材药效、标准化包装达到全程保护中药材的效果，同时利用信息技术有利于构建中药材 的现代流通体系和可追溯体系，促进中药材系统的信息化，保障中药材的道地性，实现中药材品质的提升，促 进中药材的保护和发展。 关键词：现代物流；中药材；可追溯；信息化 DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1005-5304.2017.08.004 中图分类号：R2-05 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005-5304(2017)08-0014-05 Protection and Development of Chinese Materia Medica Through Modern Logistics System YANG Hao-xiong1,2, SUN Li-jun1 (1. Capital Circulation Industry Research Base, Beijing 100048, China) Abstract: Based on the circulation of Chinese materia medica and value chain of quality of Chinese materia medica, this article analyzed the problems existing in the process of protection and development of Chinese materia medica: planting problems caused the efficacy weakening of Chinese materia medica, excessive sulfur because of the initial processing methods, large fluctuations in prices of Chinese materia medica for the market supply and demand imbalance. Then with the modern logistics as the starting point, this article explored the control of the circulation process of Chinese materia medica from the aspects of primary processing, transportation, storage, maintenance, and packaging.
