折射率测量方法综述 冯明庆 摘要：本文主要研究了晶体、液体、气体折射率的测量方法。对晶体主要以V形棱镜法、最小偏向角法、掠入射法；对液体主要以用V棱镜折射仪测定液体折射率的可测范围、采用掠射法和牛顿环的实验装置测量液体折射率；对气体主要以利用经验公式求折射率的方法、用瑞利干涉仪测量空气折射率、利用激光干涉仪测量空气折射率。另外还探讨了基于几何信息、光强、共振波长调制的三种新型折射率测量方法。 关键词：折射率 掠入射法 棱镜 CCD Methods of measuring the refractive index Feng Mingqing Abstract: This paper mainly study crystal, liquid, gas refractive index measurement method.
