Survey of Shandong Province Chinese medicine analysis Special: History and Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine Student: Yang Hongheng Tutor: Song Yongmei, associate professor Abstract Objective: By the investigation of the present development situation of traditional Chinese medical treatment in Shandong province, this paper tries to make a deep analysis of the factors which influence and restrains the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), explore the measures which can speed up the development of traditional Chinese medical treatment, propose suggestions on developing the advantage of traditional Chinese medical treatment, improving the service ability of TCM and promoting the development of TCM. Besides, this paper aims at providing references for the health administrations, especially the managements of TCM on making polices which will promote the development of TCM. Method: In the way of the combination of full survey, sampling survey, literature retrieval, colloquia and discussion, this paper makes full understanding and analysis of the establishment of medical institutions, the personnel team, the service abilities of traditional Chinese medical treatment in Shandong province. Then, by the method of contrast analysis, the author finds out the problems and weakness in the development of traditional Chinese medical treatment and proposes countermeasures for its improvement.
