= 浆体管道的输送流速直接影响管道运输的安全与经济以往 于没有把浆体的物理特
性( 即固体颗粒组成及浆体粘性) 作为 一个影响管道输送参数的重要因素来考虑, 所以迄今为止, 很多
管道不淤流速公式未能摆脱纯经验性质而缺乏普遍的实用意义本文通过分析及大量试验资料验
证, 系统研究了影响管道不淤流速的各项因素及浆体粘性的明显作用, 因而阐明了一定条件下浆体浓
度的提高, 有利于降低管道输送流速, 从而可以进一步提高管道输送浆体的综合效益

Abstract: T he velocity of slurry in pipe eff ect the economy and safety of transportation In recent years m any formulas of
nonsettling velocity for slurry w ere developed w ithout considering the ch aracteristic of slurry as an important parameter, hence the
application of these formulas is lim ited In this paper based on the theory of suspension rheology and by using a great amount of ex-
perim ental material, a new expression of nonsettling velocity is develop ed the influence of slurry viscosity, solid concentration and
the diam eter of pipe on the nonsettling velocity is analysed in detail T he results of study indicate that in a given condition the in-
crem ent of solid concentration and slurry w ill bring to decrease the critcal velocity in p ipe and It is f avourable to increase the com-
prehensive eff iciency of slurry transport by pipeline
