Abstract: Granite base soil region dist ributes w idely in drai nag e area of Dong ting lake. It is intri nsic mech anism
and the special condition of w eather and the relation ship bet w een human and land of Do ngting lake drainage area
that make this ty pe soil region become the most serious soil erosion region , hence bring the w orst environment al
