乳腺X线钼靶摄影在隐匿性乳腺病灶诊断中的应用分析 　　摘要：目的 对乳腺X线钼靶摄影在隐匿性乳腺病灶诊断中的应用价值进行评价分析，为今后的临床诊断工作，提供有价值的参考信息。方法 选择2015年1月～2016年9月我院收治的经乳腺X线片发现的不可触及可疑乳腺癌肿患者32例作为研究对象，部分患者接受立体定位穿刺活检或者是定位染色手术病理检查，并将X线片结果与病理结果进行对比。结果 本组32例隐匿性乳腺病灶患者有23例接受病理检查，确诊为恶性病灶者20例，包括有导管原位癌患者8例，浸润性导管癌5例，导管内乳头状癌4例，单纯癌3例。32例患者病?部位包块：外上象限13例，内上象限7例，乳晕区6例，内下象限4例，外下象限1例，腋下1例。钼靶X线检查表现为孤立结节影、单纯细沙样钙化、局部密度增高、星芒状改变、单纯腋下淋巴结肿大以及局部腺体凹陷。结论 经乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查，可对隐匿性乳腺癌肿进行准确的诊断，为目前临床重要诊断技术，值得关注并推广使用。 　　关键词：乳腺X线钼靶摄影；隐匿性乳腺病灶；诊断；临床价值 　　Application of Mammography in the Diagnosis of Occult Breast Lesions 　　BAI Ying-jun 　　（Department of Radiology，Dujiangyan Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Dujiangyan 611830，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application value of mammography in the diagnosis of occult breast lesions in clinical diagnosis for future work， providing valuable information.Methods From January 2015～2016 year in September admitted to our hospital after breast X-ray found non palpable suspicious breast cancer in 32 patients as the research object and some of the patients received stereotactic needle biopsy or surgical pathology location staining，and comparing the X-ray findings and pathologic results.Results Of the 32 patients with occult mammary gland lesions，23 were pathologically examined and 20 were diagnosed as malignant lesions， including 8 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ，5 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma，4 patients with intraductal papillary carcinoma，3 cases of simple cancer.32 cases of patients with lesion mass：the upper outer quadrant in 13 cases，the upper quadrant in 7 cases，6 cases of the areola，4 cases under the quadrant，the lower quadrant in 1 case，1 case of armpit.Molybdenum target X-ray examination showed solitary nodules，simple sand-like calcification，local density increased，star-like changes，simple axillary lymph nodes and local gland depression.Conclusion The mammography examination， can make accurate diagnosis of occult breast cancer，is currently an important clinical diagnostic t
