社区中医辅助治疗对肺结核患者生活质量的影响研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨社区中医辅助治疗对肺结核患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取上海市黄浦区两个社区2015年1月～2016年3月期间100例肺结核患者作为研究对象，其中南东社区50例患者为设为干预组，半淞园社区50例患者设为对照组。两组患者均接受常规DOTS治疗，干预组在此基础上联合中医辅助治疗，治疗前后采用SF-36生活质量量表对两组患者的生活质量进行评估。结果 两组患者治疗后6个月、1年各项生活质量评分均较治疗前有明显提高，干预组治疗后6个月、1年各项生活质量评分均明显大于对照组同期（P0.05）。结论 社区中医辅助治疗可有效提高肺结核患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词：中医；辅助治疗；肺结核；生活质量 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of community Chinese medicine as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis on patients quality of life. Methods 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from two communities in Huangpu District， Shanghai city from January 2015 to March 2016 as the research objective. 50 cases from the southeast community were set as intervention group， the other 50 cases from bansongyuan community the control group. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional DOTS， on whose basis the intervention group adopted the combination of traditional Chinese medicine as an adjuvant therapy. Before and after the treatment， the quality of life of the two groups were assessed by SF-36 quality of life scale. Results Quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after 6 months and one year of the treatment improved significantly compared with those before the treatment. The scores of quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 months and one year of the treatment（P0.05）.
