第26卷 第 3期 岩 性 油 气 藏 Vo1．26No．3 2014年 6月 LITH0L0GIC RESERVOIRS Jun．2014 文章编号 ：1673—8926(2014)03—0007—04 油井产能评价新方法 李传亮．朱苏阳 (西南石油大学 石油与天然气工程学院，成都 610599) 摘要：油井产能评价是通过产能测试完成的。常规的产能测试是在地下进行的。即通过测量油井产量和 井底压力来确定油井的产能指数，从而对油井产能做 出评价。对于某些油井，井底压力测试十分困难，产 能评价往往难以实现。为了有效评价油井的产能，对其评价方法进行 了改进 ，即把产能测试从地下移至地 面，通过测试油嘴的产能方程来评价油井的产能 ，并采用油嘴产能指数 的大小来评价油井产能的高低。 通过测量不 同油嘴大小的油井产量 ，即可确定油嘴产能指数。研究表明，油嘴产能测试不影响油井的正 常生产．也不增加任何测试费用，方法简单、实用。 关键词：油井；产能；产能指数；油嘴产能指数；产能曲线；产能测试 中图分类号 ：TE328 文献标志码 ：A Anew evaluationmethodofwellproductivity LIChuanliang，ZHU Suyang (SchoolofPetroleumEngineering，SouthwestPetroleumUniversity，Chengdu610599，China) Abstract：Productivityevaluationofwellsiscompletedthroughproductivitytestofwells．Conventionalproductivity testsareaccomplishedatwellbottom throughmeasuringproductionrateandflowingpressureofwellbottom inorderto determinetheproductivityindexofwells．Productivityindexisaparametertoevaluateproductivityofwells．However somewellsaredifficulttomeasuretheirbottom pressureandtheproductivityindexcannotbeobtained．Inorderto evaluatetheproductivityofwellseffectively，productivityevaluationmethodwasimprovedwithmeasurementat wellheadotherthanatwellbottom．Testofwellproductivityatwellhead iscompletedthroughthedeterminationof nozzleflowequation．whichcandeterminethenozzleproductivityindextoevaluatetheproductivityofwells．Thenozzle productivitytestiscompletedthroughmeasuringflowrateofwellsnadthesizeofchokenozzle，whichcancalculatethe nozzleproductivityindex．Th enozzleproductivitytestcanbedonesimultaneouslywiththeproductionofwellswithout anynegativeeffectOfftheproductionofoilandgasandnayadditionalcost．Nozzleproductivitytestisquitesimpleand practicaltotheconventionaltestatwellbottom． K
