北台學報第28 期 微電腦微電腦中藥煎藥器中藥煎藥器 微電腦微電腦中藥煎藥器中藥煎藥器 楊金星 King-Hsin Yang 電子工程系 摘要摘要 摘要摘要 本專題利用國產單晶片微控制器和一般常用的控制電路等 ，組成一個具有創新 且實用的完整控制系統 「微電腦中藥煎藥器」。系統包括微控制器、功能選擇鍵、 溫度感測單元 、水位感測單元、LCD 顯示器、加熱單元和警報單元。本系統可全 自動煎煮中藥材 ，同時針對部份中藥須兩階段蒸煮者，設計不同性能的蒸煮法以 發揮藥效 ，蒸煮完成的湯藥本微電腦中藥煎藥器除可自動保溫外 ，還可設定保溫 溫度以符合每個人不同的溫度口感 。蒸煮過程用聲響和LCD 液晶顯示提示蒸煮狀 況，方便操作 。 本系統的電路全部由學生在市場上購買電子材料組合測試而成 ，蒸煮器用陶土 製成，在鶯歌窯場燒製 。 關鍵詞關鍵詞 ：：微控制器、煎藥器、單晶片 關鍵詞關鍵詞 ：： ABSTRACT This project of Microcontroller Chinese Medical Pot utilizes the local-made single-chip microcontroller and the popular-used control circuits so as to design an electronic Chinese Medical Pot, and it is a new and totally automatic control product. The control system is composed of a microcontroller, function keys, a temperature sensor unit, water level sensor unit, LCD display unit, heating unit and an alarm unit. This system can make Chinese medical automatically. We design a two-step procedure to make the Chinese medical according to the difference of various medical materials. The temperature of medical water can be kept in a setting point by the user. The LCD will display the system running status on LCD screen. All the circuits of the electronic Chinese Medical Pot are made and tested by the term students with practical project themselves. The components of electronic circuits are purchased from the local market, and the pot is made of ceramic ware which has been manufactured in Yingge,
