[ Abstract] The technique depositing the NiCrAlY coating by vacuum arc ion plating was
investigated in this paper The component deviation between the NiCrAlY coating and the target.
was analyzed . The effect of the technique parameter on the microstructure of the coating was re-
searched. inally the effect of the vacuum heat treatment on the diffusion between the NiCrAlY,
coating and the matrix was discussed.
