微波联合西药治疗宫颈炎临床效果研究[摘要] 目的 研究微波联合西药活性银离子抗菌凝胶Ⅰ型（商品名：银尔舒）治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。 方法 收集在本院就诊的200例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式不同分为接受微波联合西药治疗的观察组和接受微波治疗的对照组，观察术后阴道产生分泌物的时间、月经来潮时的阴道出血时间并判定疗效，采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。 结果 观察组患者治愈71例、显效13例、有效8例、无效8例，总有效率为92%，治疗效果明显好于仅采用微波治疗的对照组；观察组术后阴道产生分泌物30 d者7例、月经时阴道出血10 d者15例，均明显少于对照组。 结论 微波联合西药活性银离子抗菌凝胶Ⅰ型对于慢性宫颈炎的治疗具有积极意义，能够显著提高治疗总有效率。 [关键词] 微波治疗；宫颈炎；临床效果；西药 [中图分类号] R711.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674—4721（2012）09（c）—0049—02 Clinical effect analysis of microwave combined with western medicine in the treatment of cervicitis XIE Yanlan LIU Honggui LI Wenqing Longhua People′s Hospital of Bao′an District in Shenzhen City， Guangdong Province， Shenzhen 518109， China [Abstract] Objective To study on the clinical effect of microwave combined with western medicine of Active silver ion antibacterial gel type Ⅰ in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of chronic cervicitis were collected in our hospital， and divided into observation group which were given microwave combined with western medicine for treatment and control group which were given microwave for treatment， according to different methods of treatment. The time of vaginal secretion postoperative and vaginal bleeding in menstrual were observed， and the effect was judged， SPSS 18 software was used to do the statistics analysis of effecting. Results Seventy—one cases in the observation group were cured， 13 cases were excellent， 8 cases were effective， 8 cases were invalid， the total efficiency was 92%， the therapeutic effect was obviously better than that in the control group only by microwave treatment； 7 cases of patients in the observation group with vaginal secretion postoperative were 30 d， 15 cases of vaginal bleeding during menses were 10 d， which were significantly less than that in the control group.
