絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及其发酵条件优化 摘要微生物絮凝剂是新一代天然高分子有机絮凝剂，具有高效、无毒、无二次污染等特点。本论文主要内容是对絮凝剂产生菌进行了筛选工作，并对其培养条件进行了优化讨论。研究了微生物絮凝剂培养基的组成、pH值、摇床转速、接种量、培养时间和无机盐等因素对微生物絮凝剂产生的影响，优化了絮凝率产生菌的生长环境。结论如下：所选菌种产絮凝剂的最佳培养基为蔗糖和蛋白胨，其中蔗糖浓度0.3%，蛋白胨浓度1%。最佳生长pH值为7，最佳接种量为5mL，最佳摇床转速为120r/min。絮凝时加入5ml 1%氯化铁溶液，絮凝率可达到89%。关键词：微生物絮凝剂，优化，发酵8472 TitleSelection of Strains Producing Flocculants andOptimization of Fermentation Conditions Abstract Microbial flocculants are novel natural organic polymer flocculants, which is efficient, non-toxic and has non-secondary pollution.
