Welcome to todays feel China program. Guangzhou is the capital of southern Chinas Guangdong province. The Pearl River runs through the city from west to east. In the early morning of April 10, 2007, the first water bus opened from the Zhongshan University pier on the South Bank of the Pearl River in Guangzhou. The small fast ship carried ten passengers to the North Bank of the Pearl river.
