Methods from February 2004 to February 2005, 400 cases of TCT show Ascus and above (LSIL, HSIL) were taken by biopsy forceps, or the lesions were removed by LEEP, and the patients were followed up after LEEP. The correct rate of difference between two groups and the effect of LEEP operation were observed. Results the accuracy of LEEP disease examination was higher than that of clamp biopsy; the cure rate of LEEP operation was 97.3%; the cure rate of CIN and I was 100%; there was no recurrence of CIN in 1 years after operation. Conclusion LEEP can be used for the diagnosis and treatment of TCT in patients with Ascus and above. Keywords colposcopy; LEEP; precancerous lesion of cervix; [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of LEEP combined with colposcopy to the precancer of cervix.Methods A total of 400 patients whose TCT shows ASCUS, LSIL and HSIL in our hospital had been pathological examined by multiple biopsies or LEEP combined with colposcopy from Feb Feb 2005.And we followed 2004 to up the patients who had been examined and treated by LEEP combined with colposcopy. Compared the diagnostic difference in pathologic between two groups and investigate the effectiveness of LEEP to the precancer of cervix. Results The accurate rate of pathological diagnosis by LEEP combined with colposcopy is higher than by multiple biopsies.Effective rate was in the patients who we 97.3% Re treated by LEEP.
