Keywords:income residents; gap; expand ;countermeasures 一、 贵州省城乡收入差距的现状 （一）贵州省城镇居民收入明显大于农村居民收入 2009年全国城镇居民可支配收入17175元，农村居民人均收入5153元，城乡居民收入比为3.3:1。同年贵州省城镇居民可支配收入13793.38元，农村居民人均纯收入为3005.41元，城乡居民收入比为4.59:1，是全国城乡居民收入比的1.4倍。贵州省城乡收入差距明显大于全国平均水平。据统计资料显示，1990年～2010年贵州省城镇居民收入从947.14元提高到14 142.74元，增长14.9倍；农村居民收入从435.14元提高到3471.93元，增长8倍。可见贵州省城镇居民收入的增长速度明显快于农村居民收入。收入增长速度的差距直接导致了城乡居民收入差距加大，贵州城乡居民收入之比由1990年的2.18倍，上升到2010年的4.07倍。这说明贵州省城镇居民收入明显大于农村居民收入。 据国家统计局统计资料显示，2009年世界多数国家和地区城乡收入为1.5:1—2:1，同期我国城乡居民收入比为3.3:1。这说明我国城乡居民收入差距较大。然而贵州省是中国城乡收入差距最大的省份之一，城乡居民收入差距不仅超过了2:1，而且实际收入差距还在4:1以上，由此可见，贵州省城乡收入差距非常明显。 （二）城乡居民收入差距日益扩大 从贵州省城乡居民收入差别对比表（表1）可以看出，1990年贵州省城乡居民收入比为2.18:1，2009年扩大为4.59:1，2010年稍稍缩小到4.07:1。如果将城镇居民享受带有福利性质的医疗、教育、交通、以及公共服务等计算在内，剔除农民收入中非现金收入的实物折款和用作生产资料的投入，贵州城乡居民收入的实际差距比数字显示的还要大得多。 表1:1990～2010贵州省城乡居民收入差别对比表 年份
