Later CA4, CA5, CA6, CA9, and CA10 as well as Coxsackievirus B (CB) were also found as etiologic agents for HFMD Abstract: Human enteroviruses usually cause self-limited [11–16]. In the Asia Pacific region, a series of HFMD epidemics with infections except polioviruses and enterovirus 71 (EV71), neurological complications and severe outcomes in young children which frequently involve neurological complications. EV71 had occurred since late 1990s, which prompted the establishment of vaccines are being evaluated in humans. However, several national surveillance of HFMD and/or enteroviruses in some Asian challenges to licensure of EV71 vaccines need to be addressed. Firstly, EV71 and coxsackievirus
