·60 · 计算机应用研究 2006 年 制造资源网络协同环境下广义制造能力资源模型研究* 1 1 2 郝京辉 , 孙树栋 , 沙全友 ( 1. 西北工业大学 系统集成与工程管理研究所, 陕西 西安 710072; 2. 西北工业大学 制造自动化软件与信息 研究所, 陕西 西安 710072) 摘 要: 通过分析制造资源网络协同环境下的制造资源特性和用户需求 , 提出广义制造能力资源模型的概念 , 该模型广泛地反映出资源的制造能力, 支持制造资源优化配置。运用面向对象技术剖析资源模型的内涵, 基于 系统用户的需求构建二维模型结构框架: 有形能力资源对象类和无形能力资源对象类, 它们从不同的角度、不同 的层次描述企业的制造能力。在此框架基础上建立基于中性机制的 STEP 的资源模型。通过以上分析, 组建系 统的资源管理体系, 形成资源初始化模块、资源成长模块和资源管理模块三个模块, 体现出资源模型的动态性、 开放性。 关键词: 广义制造能力资源模型; 面向对象; STEP 中图法分类号: TH166 文献标识码: A 文章编号 : 1001- 3695( 2006) 03- 0060- 04 Resource Modeling Oriented Generalized Manufacturing Capability 1 1 2 HAO Jing-hui , SUN Shu-dong , SHA Quan-you ( 1.
