20 12 N O . 18 科技创新导报 Science and Technology Innovation Herald 环 境 科 学 北疆近4 1 年气候变化趋势及其对生态环境的影响研究① 1 2 刘丽娜 李梦隐 (1.新疆正天华能环境工程技术有限公司 乌鲁木齐 830011; 2.浙江大学工程学系自动化专业 杭州 310007) 摘 要:本文选取新疆北疆地区19 个气象站台的19 6 1-2 0 0 1年的气象资料, 分析了北疆地区年最高气温、年最低气温以及降水量变化。 研究表明:近4 1年北疆的气候变化是显著的, 表现在温度升高、降水增加等方面。日最高气温的增温率小于日最低气温的增温率。气温 升高和降水变化具有明显的季节性差异, 冬季的增温最为显著, 降水偏多主要在冬季和夏季。气候变化趋势对北疆地区的生态环境有利 有弊, 明显的变暖、变湿趋势对北疆的生态与环境有积极影响, 有利于北疆地区的农业生产, 对国民经济的发展具有促进作用。 关键词: 北疆 气候变化 生态环境 影响 中图分类号: X 8 2 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 16 74 - 0 9 8X (2 0 12 ) 0 6 ( c ) - 0 1 1 1- 0 3 Abstract:Th is p ap er analyzes the chan ge tr end of yearly m ean t emp erature,daily high est t emp er ature,daily lowest temp erature and yearly precipitation of N orth Xinj iang,b ased on the meteorologic data from 196 1-200 1 in N orth Xinj iang.The result s are clear that th e t emp eratur e an d pr ecip it at ion wer e incr easing in recent 4 1year s,h owever ,th e in cr easin g rat e of yearly aver age daily h igh est t emp er atur e i s lower th an th at of yearly aver age d aily lowest t emp er atur e.Gen er ally ,th e in cr easin g of th e t emp er atur e an d th e changing of the precipitation are different in four season s,the temp erature increased notably in winter but the precipitation increased especially in winter and summer .Climate change is b oth b eneficial and p erniciou s to the eco-environment of N orth Xinj iang region , the warm and wet trend is b eneficial to th e eco-environm ent an d th e r egion al agricu lture,meanwhile it i s h elp fu l to th e
