体系·社会·国家（System, society and country） There are three ways to study American foreign economic policy, which are system centric, social centered and country centered. When examining the foreign economic policy of the state, when analyzing the reasons for the international level, it enters the IPE; when analyzing the reasons for the domestic hierarchy, it belongs to CPE.
