New local chapters ACSE board has approved the?setup of three new?Chapters: ??Los Angeles, CA, Ms. Ying?(Eileen) Tao as President; New York, NY, Ms. Zheng Jin as President; Boston, MA, Mr. Zhi Wang as President. Congratulations to all ACSE new?Chapter Presidents and members! 2. Revision and update of ACSE By-Law In January 2005, ACSE Board of Directors set up a committee headed by Gary Wang, ACSE Chairman of the Board, to work on the revision of the twelve-year old ACSE By-Law to make it more complete and update. A new ACSE Operation Rules will also be created. The updated ACSE By-Law and the ACSE Operation Rules, expected to be complete by late April, would ensure the long-term prosperity of ACSE. ? 3. Spring Conference ACSE will organize a spring event on 4/30/2005 at Marriott Hotel at Schaumburg IL USA. The theme is China-America Technology and Business Exchange. The invitation letter is attached for the honored speakers and guests.?The speakers and guests are not limited to the list.?You?may invite more potential speakers and guests to attend the?spring meeting.? 4. ACSE Delegation ACSE is going to organize a delegation to attend the overseas conference at Dalian?in?later June (6/22-25/2005) and take part in the related activities. Please see Page 4.? 5. Chinese New Year ACSE hosted the dinner party to celebrate the Chinese New Year (1/30/2005). ACSE certificates were issued to the executives and advisors. 6.
