虚拟班级管理策略的分析研究.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 班级是学校教学的基本单位，是学校教育的基本组织形式。传统的班级和班级管理 对教学产生了重大且深远的影响。本研究借鉴传统的“班级”概念，在信息时代的大背 景下，提出了以网络课程为基础的虚拟班级概念，通过虚拟班级管理的视角来解决在线 学习的诸多问题。本研究依据群体动力学相关理论对虚拟班级系统进 分析，在分析虚 拟班级的组建基础及系统各要素特点的基础上，制定出符合虚拟班级特点的四项管理原 则。依据这些管理原则，设计出能有效促进在线学习的五项虚拟班级管理策略，并在河 北大学 《多媒体技术及其教育应用》网络课程中进 管理策略的实施。 关键词 网络课程 虚拟班级 群体动力学 管理策略 I Abstract Abstract Class is the basic unit of school teaching and it is a kind of basic forms of educational organization in school. Traditional class and class management have had a significant and far-reaching impact on teaching. Firstly, I studied the traditional class, and put forward the idea of Virtual Class in the context of the information age, which is built on the online course. I tried to solve many problems of online learning by the way of virtual class management. The system of virtual class was analyzed based on the theory of group dynamics. Then I proposed four management principles which fit the characteristics of virtual classes, based on the analysis of the construction and elements of the virtual class system. Finally, I designed five effective virtual class management strategies to promote online learning based on these principles, and implemented these management strategies into the online course of Multimedia Technology and the Practice in Education in HeBei University.
