SAMPLE CONTRACT FOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 1. PARTIES: The parties to this contract are the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY, a county water authority, (the Water Authority) and ____________________________ , [a / an] ______________ (Design Professional). 2.
