Methods: using SOMATOM and BALANCE 1s spiral CT. In 45 cases of bladder cancer underwent pelvic plain scan, arterial and venous phase enhancement scanning. The size, shape, density, range and adjacent relation of the lesion were observed by thin layer scanning. Results: the coincidence rate of staging and pathological staging of bladder cancer with spiral CT was 87%. Conclusion: spiral CT diagnosis and staging of bladder cancer provide the most accurate, non-invasive diagnosis and prognostic evaluation for bladder cancer. Thin slice scans were performed in small focus, and the size, the shape, the density the, extent and relationship with surroundings of the focus were observed.Result:Compared with pathological staging, the match-rate in spiral CT staging was 87%.Conclusion:Spiral CT scanning could provide the most accurate and noninvasive diagnosis evidence and assessment of prognosis.
